The staff did not bother to check an item for me. They just said it was “probably sold out”. I did not get a chance to check my ring size to buy the item online. I felt like I waited too long compared to Metrotown store and then felt too rushed(this was why could not check ring size). Did not enjoy experience.

Had to wait a really long time to see someone who could help me. The sales associate who told me to wait was VERY snobish.

I came in to purchase charms for my mom for mothers day. My sales associate left me to go deal with another customer. She gave me your catalogue and told me to look in there rather than giving me any recommendations like I had asked her to. I felt rushed by my sales associate to make quick decisions and she seemed annoyed every time I asked to see a charm out of the catalogue she gave me... I still left spending $300, but it was without a doubt the worst pandora experience I've ever had.

I was told the wrong price of the item I am purchasing. Sale associate say it was $110 then it was suppose to be $165.

I was served by a staff who did not look at the customer when she talked, did not know where the new items were, she even insisted to help when I had a difficulty with thw survey, I needed to find another staff in the store who was willing to help MYSELF. Worst customer service ever in Pandora, I walked out of the store right after the exchange instead of continue shopping as I had planned. Certainly will not visit the store again when the lady would be on duty. very disappointed.

I don't like how customers are not actually allowed to see charms up close and personal like in the good old days. Charms are kept under glass and the customer is left to squint and point and look at one at a time instead of being able to compare and see how things look together. It's not like the charms are A+ diamonds and there was a chance I was going to grab one and run off into the mall.

The employee was hard to understand. She was confused by the simple information that I provided about what I was looking for. She tried to get me to buy a cleaning cloth that I did not ask for.
