Yesterday i spent $300 on rings and had a great experience with the associate working. She was really nice and knowledgable. Right after purchasing, I realized the ring was too big for the finger I wanted to put it on, we did an easy exchange. Today I noticed the ring was still too big and I needed to go down a 1/2 size. The associate decided that because I had already exchanged it that this was the final time “they would allow me to exchange or return”. She also took the ring to the back to inspect it. She then wrote on my receipt final exchange and had to photocopy it since this is clearly not the policy and she just decided this herself. I have read the return and exchange policy and nothing says you are limited to two times. I really don’t appreciate being treated like that since I spent $40 more on the ring I exchanged it for. I spent $340 and am being treated poorly for wanting the proper ring size? That left me with a very bad taste in my mouth and associates shouldn’t be enforcing things that aren’t in the actual policy. Not happy.

I went to the store with a list of 7 items I wanted to purchase, they had 3 of them ( 2 being the same item). No options or solutions provided. I did make a purchase but not what I wanted so I plan on returning them all and trying the online service to get what I want. Don't advertise items you don't carry!!!

The seller forgot to give bonus pandora jewelry kit. I had to mention it by myself. Told her specifically that it is a charm that is going to be in the center of every charm and yet the charm does not fit in through it is the side filler.

The sales associate was very nice and very accommodating. Her kindness was truly genuine. She ensured I picked the right fit. Once the transaction was complete, she noted I was wearing other Pandora merchandise and advised me of the in-store cleaning. I left my bracelet for cleaning and in half hour, I picked it up. It was so beautiful and sparkled just like new. I did not know that Pandora offered this service. I was very happy.

Sales staff was rude, unhelpful, and they tried to scam me. They purposely split the bill and marked the first one final sale before letting me know about the problem which they then refused to resolve. Then they tried to pull a bait and switch on me. I feel that I was scammed. I will tell every person I know to avoid that store and your business. I am beyond dissatisfied. 0 out of 10.

Unfriendly staff with attitude they are doing me a favor by serving me. This includes the manager. This is typical of the service I receive at Coquitlam Centre store each year. Unfortunately for me I really like your charms and do not have the time or desire to travel to Surrey or Metrotown where (according to my sister) the staff are friendly and helpful.

I came in to exchange purchase made from promotion the lady with long blonde hair and glasses fidnt ask if i needed help she just pointed to the back. It was rude. That same lady ended up helping me and she did not look for that earings i wantef she just said they dont have them. A diffrent lady was doing my exchange and she found the earings i looked for. I will never come back... i go to metrotown
