I came in a bit later and I wasnt sure when the store was closing. Even close to closing time the staff took very good care of me. Ethaniel helped me and he was wonderful and patient and pleasant. I didnt feel rushed at all. I dont spend a lot but I do get my daughter a charm or 2 for special events and its meaningful therefor takes a bit more time to choose. I was happy with their knowledge and service. Ethaniel said he was pretty new but he was excellent!!!

Store was pristine and merchandise was laid out in a way that was easy to view. All the sales associates were incredibly friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable

I am highly satisfied with Pandora with the quality of the products. Not to mention that they are so pretty and they make you feel so confident! Also the staff at Coquitlam Center are so friendly and welcome and they give you the best advice so you can the best decision. Love Pandora!

I bought the Little Mermaid Urusla Ring and it’s super cute! The staff were nice and quick to help me out. The ring was as described. Great design and condition!

The sales guy was very polite and dedicated to look for my request, even made great suggestions. The kindness sales parson so far that is not pushing you to buy anything, it is just leasing to the customer a d making sure he can have something to show to the customer. The store have a great selection and store was clean all the time.

Customer service was great. I was greeted as soon as I walked into the store and an associate assisted me promptly with what I was looking for. I appreciate that she was complimentary and helped me decide on which earrings were better for me.

Super friendly sales associate who had great knowledge on the products, I believe her name was Angelina. Will definitely be coming back to this location
