Sarah was fantastic. I came with a long list of charms and rings to purchase and she was so helpful it made my shopping so relaxing and easy. Kudos to Pandora Coquitlam. I leave in Langley but I have and will always go to Coquitlam for my next Pandra purchases.

Went into the store looking for a birthday present for my friend. Shirely Z greeted me once I enter and asked if there is anything she can help me with. She helped me find the Lilo &Stitch charm and was quite knowledgeable about the product as well as the stock in the store. Kudos to her for being willing to help and going above my expectation for Customer service skills.

I have shopped at this location numerous times. The manager Sarah is amazing and has hired amazing friendly staff. Olivia served me and was very efficient and knowledgeable on the necklace I purchased. She was very helpful, patient and friendly also. I love this store and staff!
