Sydney was very helpful. She called the Erin Mills store to check on the size of a certain ring and waited until the call was completed after I gave my name and number. She was also very patient and kind with both myself and my daughter.

My sale associate Maddie was very friendly, we laughed the whole time I was in the store. Very knowledgeable on products and giving me suggestions on what to get.

Although the store was extremely busy due to summer sale, I had a very minimal wait before I was assisted. Associate was very knowledgeable and helped me find a few things I liked.

Elizabeth (sales person) was very helpful and patient. She is very knowledgeable and her suggestions are on point that made my decision making easier. Very friendly, needless to say we need more sales people like her.
