The sales associate was very informative even though she said she had just started a few weeks ago, and was very quick to help me find everything I was looking for. One charm wasn't in stock, so she very quickly said we could special order it and offered a solution

I came in today (I’m pregnant and actually past my due date) and there was a line to get in today because of the great promotion, Jayson (manager I think?) was so kind to offer to save my spot in the line while I sit on a chair inside the store and he would keep updating me with how many people were ahead of me, I thought this was very much appreciated and wanted to say thank you to him and other staff as well, chocolate and water were offered while I patiently waited my turn. Promotion of buy two get one free was great! Line to wait to pay was not bad at all, everyone was really nice. Great experience today, thank you!

The sales associate knew the product and knew the various types of charms for the sister theme i was going for. He was very friendly, funny and knew his job well. I was also happy with how fast the process was since I was on my break from work and needed to return quickly.

Charnele, the brand ambassador that assisted me had in depth knowledge about the products! She was very outgoing and gave me her personal opinion about certain rings, which I liked. She was not pushy like other sales reps are. She definitely made my visit to the store more enjoyable. Will definitely come back!
