i felt like there weren't enough sales associates and there were already with customers. waited 10 minutes before someone was able to assist.

The price is high Should have more sale Some sale associates are not friendly

I got a discount code by email and it said bring it to your local store to redeem it and when i wanted to use my code they said they arent the main store and i cant use it here but on the email thats not what it said . but the manager was nice to help us out that one time.

I received a discount code for signing up to be a member, but the code could not be redeemed instore.

I like the selection of charms

Though the staff was friendly and accommodating, there was not enough given the rush and the sale occuring. It was u clear whether we could enter the store or had to stand outside and the catalogue was inaccessible.

It was a good visit overall today , Samina helped me to pick charms i was looking for . It is a good store to shop . Nice service too

I would appreciate if there were more sales often since the product is pretty pricy. There was also one charm they were not able to find in the store which was inconvenient.
