The visibility of charms was very low, i had to browse through book to know what might be available. i would have liked if all the available charms were on display rather than the trays being hidden one below the other. may be you can assign numbers by which we could go and ask at counter to see that charm.

Was told Niagara on the lake store had more selection of Essence charms, they don’t.

I felt the items were a bit on the expensive side.

The 2 charms I wanted, was not there cause it has been retired?

The experience could have been better if what i was looking for was actually in the store but other than that my experience was just fine. I am most likely going to return again to purchase other things.

It was my first time visit, therefore I was not satisfied neither dissatisfied with the service. I think I need to visit more to judge the environment more

Cuz I bought one charm from pandora and it broke now it’s not showing in my profile and they are not exchanging it or compensating it. That’s why I am not highly satisfied.

The store was full so I waited for 20 mins for someone to help me. The manager though was very friendly and offered me refreshments and apologized that no one was available at the time. My time there with the manager was great and the jewelry specialist Sydney M. was so sweet. She knew what the charms were called and it didn’t even take her a minute to find my bracelet.
