The store and staff were very friendly. As we were waiting for help, an associate checked on us twice and made sure the next available associate helped us ASAP

Although the store has a variety of things to choose from, I believe the prices are always too expensive and with the holidays around the corner it would be nice to have discounts or sales included

Many sizes were missing and the sales associate did not try to show me options on what bracelet I could receive for the promotion.

I wasn’t informed about the promotion and also about the survey.

I was very satisfied here, not sure how I got here. But enjoyed the employees, they helped me a lot trying to find a gift.

I was satisfied however the store could be bigger so customers can look at products without customers having to interrupt other customer conversations

because the associate was not coming with personalized item and another associate helped while asking for opinion, just felt they did not care if I buy or not.

Small selection to choice from

The selection of what we’ve seen on the website doesn’t necessarily show in store. This is something you can’t prevent, but also if there’s a selection in a display case, it’s difficult when several customers want to see the same merchandise.

It was rather busy and noisy. Did quite find what I was looking for.
