The store seemed too tight to walk through with bags. I was approached by one person and then unexpectedly passed into someone else. Other then the second person who helped me everyone else seemed not interested to be working. Just not a very warm and welcoming experience. Again the rep who completed my purchase was very kind.

Did not have the initial rings I came in to purchase

When I visited this store, no one came to greet me or help me but I saw sales associates helping other customers who came in after me. I think there was some discrimination based on my race or young age. I had to wait a long time and ask around until I finally found an associate named Justin who was willing to help me. His customer service skills were amazing, he was very knowledgeable and professional. The other associates were not rude, but this store could be more welcoming to all customers.

Length of waiting time. Need more Sales staff. Prices a bit on the high side

I love pandora but it’s very expensive, sometimes I want to purchase but I can’t because of prices are higher

I like the merchandise to be displayed, most items were put in closets and drawers only accessible by the sales associates. The store is a bit small. A bigger store would be better for a place with a selection and popularity like pandora.

The charms are very expensive and not at all worth it for the quality of the silver. Associates only approach you if you look like you will purchase something (wearing expensive clothing, not a teenager)

The store was quite crowded, so it took a while to find a sales associate who was able to help us. There was also no correct size regular snakechain bracelet available, but the sales associate was kind enough to find one that was alternatively suitable. Overall, we had a good experience.

I was looking for your wedding selection of Pandora charms and the sales associate was not able to provide an answer that was satisfactory.

There wasn't numerous charms in stock that I was looking for and a few in the newly printed book was discontinued
