I feel that it was hard to locate pieces. It was also frustrating to not be able to see the entire lines of each piece. More books with what Pandora has to offer would be more helpful. Not just for use by the sales associates.

I completed the survey, wrote down the code and PIN, but the code was incorrect. When I tried to recall the code, I was unable. It would be a better idea to e-mail the code. I wasted my time doing this survey, and I hope that you will take my suggestion.

Some of the merchandise is not displayed. A rep is required to locate what you are looking for. At busy times the checkout is quite long.

I came to exchange an item at this Pandora, that experience was satisfying as they had my size. However, I am completely unsatisfied with the company as a whole. I had order items online and it took 2+ weeks to have it deliver to my house. I had to order online because the items i wanted were not in stores, and the sizes from online were too large. Then I had to proceed to 2 different stores in 2 separate cities in order to find the correct size items. This entire experience has turn me off from wanting to shop at Pandora ever again.
