I had to wait for over 20 minutes to even begin to speak to someone. I couldn't walk around the store as it was too busy and crowded so I couldn't even browse while I waited.

Nothing to do with the staff, the store could maybe have a designated checkout line during peak times. I was waiting in line for 20 minutes behind a young couple and when the only cashier working during the Black Friday sale called next, I had to argue with a woman who took my place in line. I then had to wait longer because this woman decided to do a lengthy return. I work in retail so I really do understand the stress and pressure of inconsiderate customers, but I strongly believe that a designated check out line would have helped. Even a "guide" like you had at the front of the store would have been great.

I was very satisfied

The sales lady told us the ring was $110 but when we went to the counter she said that she forgot the price was 110 a week ago but changed to 120. She should've been more aware of the price change

Shopping at pandora never cease to amaze me. It was has this vibe that makes you want to buy everything. The employees are phenomenal and always paying attention to the customers needs.

Although I was being fitted for the ring, when I got home and tried it on again on the same finger, I noticed it was loose so I will be going back to the store today to exchange in size.

I would like my receipt emailed to me

I believe the service and the products are high quality. However the store is always crowded, and the wait time is usually a bit long. I always fee rushed when been attended to, I understand this is because there are so many customers waiting to be served.

I apologize, I got confused with another visit I made to Pandora within the week. But this particular visit was a good experience. Like most Pandoras, especially on Boxing Day, the negative aspect is the long wait time. However, one thing I really loved about this Pandora is their iPad waitlist service, where the person at the door adds you to a waitlist and texts you when an associate is almost ready to assist you, so you can shop at other stores or do other things you need to do, instead of waiting for an hour or more, in line, like I've had to, at other Pandora locations.
