We asked to see 2 charms that we were debating buying for my grandma as a present. The sales associate showed us both. Once we saw them and asked about the price, we decided we would buy one now and buy the other one a little later. Although my mom mentioned this the lady asked us several times if we were buying both. It came off as pushy, rude, and that the sales associate wasn’t listening to our needs.

There was little selection (most likely because it is the christmas holidays) however that should be accounted for and there should be extra stock. the sales rep was nice however didnt answer the questions i had when i decided to exchange my ring the same day, they made me wait in the line to get into the store then wait through another line which resulted in a total 40 mins. not including the entire time i spent previously when i initially bought the ring.

I had first entered the store and was not greeted since it was semi busy, I was glancing at the displays but I had seen an associate that was not busy just walking behind the display cases and walking about. I was approached by another associate by the name of Tanesia, who was very helpful and made my experience much better. She was quick to make helpful suggestions and had great energy. She made my whole shopping experience at this location better

I WAS PURCHASING A RING AND THE SALES ASSOCIATE PUT IN THE BOX WRONG SIZE OF THE RING, WHICH I NOTICED WHEN SHE WAS WRAPPING IT UP AS THERE WAS ANOTHER SIZE I WAS TRYING ON AND SHE HAS PLACED THE SMALLER ONE IN THE BOX. ALSO, SHE WAS NOT THAT KNOWLEDGEABLE REGARDING PRODUCTS.

Associate doesn't seems happy to be there or have the knowledge of the product/products. Didn't smile the whole time I was there even after processing the transaction.

I am a regular Pandora purchaser. At my last visit at the Pandora Square One location (Mississauga, Ontario, Canada) the sales associate did not seem to understand the difference between key ring and a charm holder and insisted that they had no such product as the key ring/ and or do not have the product anymore. After showing her my personal key ring, she was able to find it for me. Moreover, the salesperson, despite being polite and friendly did not ring in our purchases appropriately that actually would have allowed us to walk away with at least $126 in free merchandise. After we called out her error, she spoke to the Manager to fix it. She did not acknowledge her error or thank us. This lack for product knowledge has now occurred two times in a row at this store with the same products in question, i.e., charm holder vs. key ring. Product knowledge is key to good salesmanship, and I was less than happy in my last two sits at this store.

I was told that with the receipt on your computer I didn't need the paper copy. When I wanted to return a ring that turned my daughters finger black/green they said it had been worn... yes, that is why I was returning it. They settled on giving me store credit, and whatever I bought with it would be final sale. This is not good customer service for such an upscale store. I would have thought the brand Pandora wouldn't want their name tarnished. But I will be telling everyone not only how it was handled, but that the product was not the quality it claims to be.

The sales associate was not familiar with the products and the stock. I used proper names and I showed her images yet she would show me things that I did not ask about or that were different from what I was interested in.
