No one told us about the survey and we purchased merchandise on three different occasions before and after Christmas. Also I don't like the return policy, it's inconvenient and you should be able to return at any Pandora store.

I want to purchase a bangle, the assistant told all of the bangles are not on sale now, so I bought a original price one.however I check online after I come back,it shows the bangle with heart is on sales now!

I asked for a specific charm with the correct name and she didn’t know what it was which was fine, once showing her she knew but when I returned home to put it on my bracelet, which I was wearing in the store, it does not fit on my bracelet. I then went to the store the next day and I understand that it was a Boxing Day sale, but I just wanted to enhance it for a charm that would actually fit on my bracelet. It’s not like I wanted my money back and they said nothing could be done. It’s not my fault I was sold the wrong charm, how am I supposed to know? Now I have a charm I can’t even use.

Could not use a gift card on my purchase. Sadly after 6 years and thousands of dollars spent at this store I will not be returning.

I went to pandora with my friend to buy some rings and earrings. The sales person rushed us to pay while we were making the selection. We wanted to see more designs but the sales person was really mean and looked very annoyed. We planned to buy a few more accessories but we just bought a couple of rings and left the store as we were very uncomfortable.

While we were selecting, the sales associate was in a hurry to have us leave the store quickly so that she could attend others standing in queue. Also, the one managing the queue was also making us feel as if we were taking more time to select. Horrible experience. Though we bought it at last but did not feel good about the experience. Pandora staff badly needs customers handling skills/training

I was not satisfied with the item because the ring was crooked. It is the absolute worst item I have ever purchased at Pandora. I've bought charms before and never have had a problem. I bought the floating locket heart ring where you can put petites inside and it was a disaster. I work an office job and was going through papers when the locket ring opened up and lost the petites. I was really upset and spent 15 minutes looking for them. I ended up finding them in a file folder and put them back inside the ring. Later that day, I was getting ready and putting makeup on, I was going through my stuff and I noticed the ring had opened up. This time I could not find the petites after looking for an hour in the area I was getting ready by. I went to the Square One location to explain the story where Maria was the manager and hoping to get a return for this deformed ring and situation. A girl went to ask if it was okay to refund me for the lost petites AND the ring and Maria, the manager, never came out to talk to me about the frustration. I am very disappointed in the service and this lady should not be a manager if she cannot deal with customers and compensation for a bad product.

TRIED TO RETURN A CHARM THAT WAS BROKEN, MANAGER WOULD NOT REPLACED WITH ANOTHER ONE, BUT TRIED TO GLUE IT, BUT THE CHARM BROKE OFF AGAIN, YOU CAN'T GLUE IT NEEDS TO BE SOLDERED. VERY UNSATISFIED, WHILE IN THE STORE WE STILL SPENT MONEY FOR ANOTHER $109.00 CHARM, MAYBE IT WAS A MISTAKE. REFLECTING BACK IT WAS A MISTAKE TO BUY THERE. NOT AGAIN VERY DISAPPOINTED. THAT CHARM WAS VERY SENTIMENTAL TO ME, WAS GIVEN BY SOMEONE VERY SPECIAL.

I gave this kind of rating mainly because of the attitude of the sales person helping me. Her name was Sameen Z. no. 160400. I felt insulted when I was looking for a product that's worth around $50, and suggested that it's better for me to buy in kiosk which was way cheaper compared to buying in Pandora store. In addition, she lacks enthusiasm in helping me pick the right gift for my aunt. I believe, she does not have enough patience for customers who needs time choosing your product. I hope this will call her attention.
