My first visit to a Pandora shop and I am looking at my next ring to buy.loved the selection

I visited to Pandora Square One on Dec 12 to buy something. The salesperson girl named as “Althea”, was assisting me. She was so patient, nice, helpful and soft spoken, I really appreciate that. I also want to mention about the manager of the store named as “Sabrina” was also very nice and cooperative. She listened to me and allowed me to change the damaged ring which I bought from pandora Bramalea city center. I want to share this experience too. I bought a ring from pandora Bramalea mall and when I got home, I noticed that there was a dent on the ring. I went back to Bramalea mall to exchange, but they didn’t exchanged the ring and blamed me that may be you damaged the ring. The salesperson and even the manager of Bramalea mall pandora, they were so loud and rude to me, everyone at the store were looking at me and I felt so insulted. That’s why this time I decided to go to Square One, and when I asked to the manager of Pandora Square One for help, then she apologized to me and told me that this is not the way you should be treated. And, she allowed me to exchange the damaged ring with the new one, which is much appreciated :)

I like the quality and designs

The store had all the items that I was looking for. The sales associate made recommendations when I was confused between items. The store was clean and spacious

The sales associate managing the line at the front made the whole experience shopping here memorable! I wish I took his name, as i would love to complement him.

Fernanda is amazing!! She’s very professional, knowledgeable, friendly. She listens to what I need and what I want. She makes great suggestions. I went back to the store on Black Friday and she recognized me.
