Aura G. helped us! What my daughter wasn't readily visible, she searched the store and found the bracelet for her. She helped me with my selections as well. I wasn't sure which charm I wanted, there was many I was thinking of. She assisted me which one was the better one for my taste! Excellent salesperson!

My bracelet was damaged. I was at the store on Monday and another salesperson provided me with a number to call Pandora customer affairs. However, when I called, the agent refused to assist me. I went back to the store and the salesperson listened to my concern and was very considerate. The salesperson was able to assist me and resolve my issue with the bracelet in less than 10 minutes.

Regardless of the numerous times that I've visited this store, I'm always happy with the customer service they provide.

Addia staff was so helpful, first time shopped at Pandora and she explained all of the charms, bracelets. Spent almost 2 hours in store to find my first Pandora bracelet and my bday charm !!! Girl you are a perfect example of customer service, will do great. Absolutely phenomenal !!
