I had to line up to get into the store (black friday), but the wait wasnt long, the sales associate took my request right away and also showed me something I was looking for, with a smile in her face, very nicely. Then the girls at the cash were very friendly and we had the chance to briefly talk about the sales at the mall. So, overall, nice and great experience

The associates were very friendly and also helped me chose the perfect gift for special someone. They brought and showed me all the charms i wanted to see, and helped me chose the right one, as there are a lot of charms, it can get confusing, but they made the decision very easy and i was in and out of the store within 30 mins!

Sales staff were friendly and were able to put items on hold for ease of payment during their sale.
