We were highly satisfied with our Pandora experience because the staff was very kind and helpful. To be specific, associate number 185011 and the assistant manger at the time were very helpful. They helped find the right sizes and find the perfect charms for the bracelet we bought. They were very calm and understanding when we were having difficulty finding the right size and debating between the sizes. The staff also helped me select between two rings I was having a hard time choosing between by giving logical explanations. They had also initiated some conversations to create a more welcoming environment.

Friendly and knowledgeavle staff. I didnt even have to ask for assistance, I was offered assistance as soon as I entered the store.
