I generally always have a good experience at all Pandoras especially the one in square one, I find the staff friendlier than the Sherway location. Square one also cleaned my bracelet on this visit. When I visited the Sherway Mall Pandora location they said I would need an appointment to do cleaning for my bracelet. I did not like that as they did not accommodate me. However in this particular experience I have no complaints

Mikhaela F was so patient and didn't rush me at all even when I was being extremely indecisive. Very friendly and offered nice suggestions
