The customer service associate with kind, helpful, and knowledgable. I only came in for the polishing cloth and although the line was long, the sales associate was able to complete my order without having the wait in the line. The efficiency of the store is well managed.

Though there was a line up to get into the store, we were not rushed by the associate in anyway. We felt that the pandora associate valued and appreciated us as customers and was totally engagaged with and helpful to us. Our shopping experience was a very happy one. The kind that makes you know that you would shop or recommend this location to others.

The sales associate helping my mom and I was named Maddie. She was super friendly and extremely patient with us. She gave us valuable input when it came to making decisions and was fun to be around. It's hard to find good sales associates these days, we were very lucky to have met Maddie and been helped by her. She had tons of knowledge on all of the products too. She's amazing!
