I was looking for a charm that had gone out of stock online so I called the store first and right away the sales associate confirmed they had it and put it aside for me. When I went into the store, the staff was friendly and another sales associates assisted me right away brought out the charm I put on hold. When I saw the charm it looked a little scratched up so the sales associate found me another one of the same charm that was perfect.

I was highly satisfied with my pandora experience because the staff are well aware of the product, the staff always gives the best of advice and they try to help you with what you need.
