I came to get my jewellery cleaned. The associate was very nice and helpful. I wanted to see some things and she showed me. I had a good visit.

The saleslady is nice. the rose golden chain is so beautiful!

After a horrible experience at the Pandora in Brampton, I went to this location at square one, I have never had such amazing and professional service in a retail store. My self and my mom couldn't thank Maria and Luisa enough for such great Service and making us feel so welcome . We will only ever be returning to this locotion ever again! Thank you.

The sales associate was very helpful and provided very knowledgable recommendations. I also found the prices very reasonable for the merchandise quality.

Even though there was a huge line and we had to wait, they gave us complimentary chocolates. When we get in, the brand ambassador/team lead (Samantha) was knowledgeable, kind and charming. She already knew what to recommend to us and made our experience smooth and easy.

I am highly satisfied with my Pandora experience because it is easy to look for items that I want to buy. There are also a lot of choices from the store as well. The sales associate has a vast knowledge of the charms that I asked and she even gave suggestions as to what I should get.

I love Disney charms, and this gift was purchased to highly compliment my existing Disney charms. The magical Mickey Mouse is beautiful.
