Je désirais échanger une bille que je venais d'acheter dans la semaine précédente. La vendeuse a répondue rapidement à ma demande et a su me conseiller. J'avais une carte cadeaux de 10$ sur ma précédente facture et elle a trouvé une façon, avec l'aide de la gérante du magasin, que je ne perde pas ce rabais déjà enregistré. Merci à vous deux pour votre beau sourire et votre gentillesse.

Nous voulions un bracelet de grandeur spécifique et la vendeuse est allée le chercher dans la vitrine d'exposition puisque c'était le dernier. La vendeuse nous a fait essayer son bracelet personnel pour comparer les grandeur. La vendeuse était très souriante et extrêmement à l'écoute de nos besoins. Elle nous a fait des excellentes suggestions.

I was told of the new gold plated collection coming out mid-March and I saw it in person. Pretty excited to purchase.

The sales associate who assisted was extremely helpful and friendly. I am new to Pandora and she really explained how the different collections worked and took the time to answer all my questions. The store got busy after we arrived but she was super patience and I did not feel rushed at all. My husband who bought me the charm that did agreed too how nice and helpful she was. I thought about exchanging my charm I got that day when I got home but decided against it simply because our sales associate was so amazing I wouldn't it to affect her sales or commission if she receives any.

The sales person was very helpful and patient, she took her time to help me and also helped reorganize my existing bracelet with charms and I loved it even more.

It was a great experience. We loved the store, and the wonderful Sara (At your St. Bruno mall store) who served us. She was courteous, knowledgeable and patient as it was our first time at Pandora. the only comment is that the store is a bit small and with the holiday rush a bit of a crush but otherwise a fun experience.
