Fraude au Pandora de saint-bruno, on m’avait vendu la fausse carte. J’ai payé un carte cadeau et on m’a donné une carte de crédit de marchandise, ce qui m’a causé bien des problèmes....

Une des vendeuses était très bête. Elle n'avait pas de respect pour ses employés. Elle mettait une mauvaise ambiance dans la boutique.

the sale representative did not tell me about the free bracelet promotion even though it costed 140$. so it was missing only 10$ for me to get a free bracelet. when i returned the next day, they refused to help me get a store credit when i wanted to return my earrings so that i can repurchase them and add a 10$ + item to get the free bracelet. the sales representative only told me to call pandora and that they wouldnt help me since i paid with visa prepaid credit card. but they threw them away on the evening of the purchase so now i have missed the opportunity to get a free bracelet. for sure i will not be going back to that store. and i am very dissatisfied that a 10$ difference would make me lose a free bracelet.

When I came in, all the girls were talking at the checkout, didn't even say hi when i came in and i was the only customer in it, I came for a gift for someone and it took them like 6-8 minutes to come to me because i needed help, and they came because i asked, i did the tour like 3 times, it was clear i needed help. the sale associate came when i asked and she was not really useful. its like i did my sale by myself. it was not a nice experience and usually i love pandora and have gone many times, but this store at this place was totally different, i really didn't like my experience.
