Never talk about the promotion

The store didn’t seem busy to me they were about 6 employees for 3 customers in store.. I asked to get my bracelet cleaned while paying and she told me no she doesn’t have time for that. I told her I wouldn’t mind leaving it and coming back.. she didn’t seem to be to keen on it so I let it go. An hour after leaving I called multiple times at the store because i saw an email for the spend and save 25$ nobody answered so I ended up leaving a message.. when I called back on Tuesday they said there was nothing to be done and I should had checked my emails.. I get it you can’t advertise it but I was asked my email at the cash and almost bought for 200$.. what harm would had it been to tell me to check my email while I was being cashed out.. I would had probably just bought an extra charm. When I called I didn’t speak to the manager but she was there telling her associate what to say on the phone which is not a customer first type of experience and when I said i just rather refund and not shop in this location anymore they said they would gladly take my refund. It’s sad to see that the in store and after purchase experience doesn’t represent what Pandora sells.. timeless memories.
