The sale associate was very helpful and took their time explaining and showing us different charms.

New charms came in and I purchased several. Also made a purchase of a 50 percent off item. My collection is still growing because pandora always comes up with new wonderful meaningful ideas

I was highly satisfied with my Pandora experience today! I got matching rings with my bestie for $50 (Sparkling Wishbone) and they're super cute! The associate who helped us in line was super sweet and helpful. I didn't get her name in-store, but the receipt says Yesenia C No.169448. I haven't received great customer service like that in a while:)

Friendly good customer service

Went in to purchase charms for my mothers bracelet and was given ideas by the sales associate, which I ended up using to make my purchase. I was also shown new charms that had come in and ended up purchasing them for myself.

I had no intention of spending so much but your salesperson Yesenia C. Was so helpful and kind to me, I decided to splurge today! She is a very wonderful salesperson with wonderful customer service skills! Thank you for her!!!
