Selection of charms and bracelets is outstanding. Customer service is the best

My presence was acknowledged immediately. That's a big deal as far as I'm concerned. The store manager waited on me. I had met her a couple of days earlier when she was helping out at another location. I told her at that time, that the last time I visited the Newpark store, I was not impressed with the staff (they were not busy yet did not acknowledge me) at all and would not go back. She told me that a lot of changes had been made since she became the store manager and to please give the store another chance. I did and I'm very happy that I did. The Newpark store is only 3 miles from my home, while the others are almost 20, so it's much more convenient for me.

Yesenia was very helpful during my visit. I have been a long time customer and though this store is much smaller than the one in Valley Fair, I keep coming back due to the quality of customer service I receive. I come back to Yesenia and Sokkha everytime!
