It was my first time going into Pandora at that mall and I usually don't go into it because I thought it was really pricey. In reality is not because you do get what you pay for and its really good quality. And having that sale made want to buy more jewelry.

The overall experience was great. The sales person was friendly. My only issue is when looking at the heat shaped locket necklace I did it see a chain attached to it. She told me did not come with a chain with purchase but I thought it did. Since I ended up buying a different necklace it wasn’t a real issue.

I like the quality of the merchandise. All the time people who work in the store are very polite. I like all the products because the price is reasonable.
