Sales rep very courteous and knowledgeable re the Pandora items I asked about. Very helpful and was very patient to answer all my questions. She is a very organized sales rep not being rattled at all with several other customers visiting the store while transacting with me.

I am highly satisfied because as soon as I walked in I received help with what I was looking for and had what I wanted clean store easily to locate every different type of charms looking for.

I was not greeted in a timely manner. The sales associates were already waiting on other customers, but it only takes a couple of seconds to acknowledge the presence of a customer coming into the store. I would have liked that to have happened, but it didn't.
