Like the fact that the store is located nearby and very convenient. Also like the staff's friendliness.

This store is smaller and it allows 1 or 2 guests at a time only. If I didn’t go to the shop right before it opens, I might have to wait in line to get into the shop.

The check out process takes too long. Searching through the books to scan takes too long

This was my second visit to the store to buy these rings. The first time I was there, they had an issue with their POS, and could not check us out. They tried swiping our card several times causing the bank to think that we're committing some type of fraud. After several tries, we gave up and left. But, we liked the rings that we decided to come back and get them. This time everything went well, except it was closer to Black Friday, and the rings went down in price 2 days later. While I understand that this is business and sales reps doesn't need to tell me or can't tell me that the store will be a having a sale, it would be nice to have been, at least told to maybe hold off and wait for the upcoming sale events. It shows me that they're not just aiming for a sale, but that they really care about their customers. And, even after mentioning the hassle we went thru, none of them even offered some type or courtesy credit for the inconvenience they caused us in the beginning. It doesn't matter if it's $1 or $10 off of something just to compensate for the hassle.

Price in store are higher than the price online. Store does not offer price match. Customer will likely buy items online then in store.

It was a relatively small shop Service was good but selection of items is quite limited I don’t know if it’s just that branch or if it’s because I was looking for something specific and felt like I had very few choices

The charm that I was looking for is not available and the charm I was going to purchase was not included as part of the promotion.

Sale started poor selection sales associate less than motivated hairbrush on counter and we were the only ones in the store and the hairbrush wasn't mine

Wanted to buy more but Sales associate was being impatient and not helpful...
