We went in for the current promotion. When we entered the store it was never mentioned. Unfortunately I had misread the details of the ad and the sales associate was surprised that we didn't know the details. I would have thought that would be one of the first things mentioned when a promotion is going on. Also, I'm a Pandora card holder and I'm not getting advanced notice of the sales. This was THE reason for getting the card.

1. I got the credit card so that I could be notified early by phone of sales. This has not happen the last two sales. I mentioned this to the sales person on my last visit and she verified my information. No phone call of this sale. When I mentioned it again the sales person said it was only by email which I didn't receive an early notification. That was the main reason for the credit card. 2. The selection of Pandora charms were not what I expected, a total of 4 trays, no the sales that I have seen in the past. 3. I made a large purchase in the last month with full pricing 8 charms and 1 bracelet. I thought I would be able to return and repurchase but not one of the items the I purchased was part of the sale. I was not impressed. 4. I hope the next sale is better.

When I got to the store no one came to me to put my name on list so they could call my name. I had to look for someone that worked there

I was disappointed with the gals that were working in the store. Charms were handed to me or placed on the counter - the nice trays that the other stores user were not brought out. At one point my friend I was shopping with and I had 7 or 8 charms laying on the counter that we were considering. We were worried that they would roll off the counter but the gals didn't seem concerned. When we stopped in another night to preview some charms we had the same experience AND the gal was helping the 2 of us and another customer at the same time all with charms laying on different counters. This is not the typically experience that we've had from years at other stores. Your product is not inexpensive and part of the fun is the store experience and recommendations from the staff.

I’ve been to this specific branch multiple times and I’ve never felt uncomfortable ever. The ladies that work there were always polite and helpful, at least the ones that helped me before. But the person that helped me on that day she was very nice in the beginning but after I refused some of her suggestions to me the way she was acting changed. She looked at me like she was judging me, she went ahead to the register to prepare my order but as she was turned around talking to her coworker. Her coworker turned around and I can tell they were talking about me. If I was wrong, then they still made me feel really uncomfortable and judged. With their looks. I love Pandora rings and necklaces and wanted to try the earrings and stoked I have one nearby but honestly I’d rather go somewhere else or at least when that worker isn’t there.

Item was marked with incorrect price and was not granted price, management extremely rude. The item was actually more than it was marked and I got no type of discount or sorry.
