I searched 3 different zip codes within 150 miles of each and only one store had the charm i was looking for, this store is in Napels, FL. I called and spoke to an associate she located the charm placed it in a bag put my name on for the manager for when he came in because she was not allowed to take charge cards over the phone. Later I called back spoke to Jesse which is the manager and he took excellent care of me my charm will be in the mail next Wednesday or Friday.

I went to ex change a damaged piece I had just bought and Jade Z was very helpful and friendly. The ex change went very smooth with no problem.
