Excellent attention, kindness, excellent disposition

It was my first time shopping since the covid closure and I was not sure what to expect. My sales associate took time with me and showed me many items. She was very pleasant and wrapped my gift. She made the experience very nice.

The sales person was very friendly , kind and polite

There were three Associates working and coming back the first day after the store reopening during Covid. They were truly happy to be back at work and working with customers. Everyone was wonderful and incredibly helpful.

I had a charm that was stuck on a groove because I did not know I needed a clip. The manager fixed the problem and then cleaned the bracelet. I returned for the bracelet the next day: received amazing service, bought clips and a few charms and also received a lovely promotional charm.
