My husband purchased me a Bracelet and charms at Christmas time 2021 and one of the charms did not fit bracelet. Brought bracelet into MERCATO store and Jessie and Isabelle helped me rectify this issue. Since Jessie offered me a store credit of $50, I made an additional purchase of $345 for the correct size bracelet and more charms. Thanks so much for my beautiful and fun bracelet!

Overall the experience was good. The female sales associate that actually helped us was amazing very friendly patient with my 6yr Olds questions. There was a male sales associate that seemed to be like a manager or supervisor and was made us feel uncomfortable. He kept heavy watching us but not other customers and was very short with responses. I was shopping on vacation and would strongly encourage one to not judge and/or base your level of customer service off of skin color, looks etc... But again the female associate Karina was AMAZING and acted more like a manager supervisor.

she was nice but not very enthusiastic, did not want to give us the educators discount. we had to use the join the new club member discount. I was in town for a graduation and at the suggestion of my brother I brought 3 charms as a gift and he brought 2. His wife has 5 completed bracelets, that lets me know they are there often.

I wanted to give them my information because I joined the Pandora website so I could keep my receipts to my email . They told me there’s not benefits about it and that as long I have the receipts it’s not a big deal , here I am a week later and I can’t find the other receipt of the items that I purchased separated.

This was my first time and I imagined it different. I had to ask for details because she thought It was ok She spoke too fast and I couldnt enjoy the whole experience It was my Christmas present and I really expected more kindness

Had to wait a few minutes. Drawers not easy & convenient to see charms. Took a while to check price of charm at checkout. Overall, a pleasant shopping experience.

I didn’t know that you had to leave your bracelets to get them cleaned and I live too far away to return the next day.

When we entered the store, the two employees were working with a couple on their selection. We were ignored for about 10 minutes and finally asked if we needed helps. If it was up to me I would not have purchased anything but my wife wanted to get a Pandora charm before we flew off for home. Been to a lot of Pandora Store. Not the best experience.

I was not dissatisfied, however my experience was nothing great. I am also never to exited to buy from Pandora because I recently bought something from you that turned out to be FAKE when I found out I returned with my receipt, ring, and warranty, I was then told "that it was my problem not theirs". Complete was of 100 dollars and I will never return to that location, Coconut Point Florida.
