I was not highly satisfied because I had to drive an hour out to a pandora store that had the charm I wanted. The pandora stores near me were all sold out or did not even pick up the phone. I left my number and never got a call back and when I tried calling again, I went straight to voicemail.

I was extremely happy with the help I received in the store. The girls were very nice in helping me pick out my jewelry. The selection of charms was great as well.

Low inventory on the items that I was wanting to purchase. I have always come to this store when I stay here for the winter, last year they were out of the Pandora charm for Naples. I was lucky this time. I was also purchasing three gifts for friends which the color choices weren't there. I will still continue to visit this store!

The girl told me that one of the bracelets costed $135 but i knew it was $95 because of the online pricing. She also told me that i had to get 3 charms in order to get a free purchase on the bracelet sale when i really did not need 3 charms i just needed two she was completely wrong and i spent a lot more money then i intended to

Hello, i recently bought my mother a charm bracelet and a few charms ti get her started. I picked my order up and the bracelet ended up being two small so I had to size up. The associate did an exchange for me which ended in me having to pay ANOTHER $70.00 for the bracelet (I had already paid online for my order). It was very inconvenient having to be refunded money back to my debit card and re charged for a pandora bracelet I had already bought just in a too small size. A quick visit to pandora for a thank you gift for my mother turned into a 45 minuets $70.00 out of my way trip !

The sales associate helping me did not open the case once. Instead, she looked in the drawers under the wall display cases and had a hard time locating what I had asked to see and told me what I had requested was discontinued although I saw it online before going to the store to purchase. Either the merchandise was unorganized of the employee was not knowable of the products she was selling. A few years ago I had purchased earrings and the quality of the backings matched the quality of the earrings, but now the backings look cheap compared to the earrings. I had asked for a box with my purchase and I was told I could not with this purchase since it was during the Black Friday sale. I instead received a cardboard pouch that said Pandora on the front but covered up with a Christmas bow. The sales associate labeled the bottom of the cardboard pouch even though I told her I did not want it labeled. I would expect to have the option to get a box for every item purchased for the price I paid per item. To me, the little plastic price tags in the display case look cheap and take away from the product trying to be sold. Would like to see ring size 5.5 and more in 4's.

When I went in I had checked for availability online, the man who first attended me immediately told me they didn’t have it and I told him I looked online, the man then passed me on to someone else to help me and she checks the system...sure enough it says it’s available in store but she checked and checked and nothing.....she then tells me they might of sold it under something else which baffled me because I’ve worked retail and as a jewelry store they should be on top of their merchandise. Coming in I wasn’t greeted with a warm welcome I was yelled at to sign in. Also way too many people in store not social distancing we were like sardines. Two employees for Christmas season is very little, like I said...clients were basically on top of each other looking at things. I then asked if it was possible to order from the website and the employee tells me she doesn’t know what they have online she only knows what’s in store.....I was beyond confused and will probably never shop there again. My mom specifically wanted a charm bracelet and I had to settle for some cheap studs since what I went in for that said “available in store” was definitely not available.

The store changed the whole concept which made it very difficult for me to purchase my item. The account I had established with this store was not in the systems and I had to basically established again. I also found out that you will not be offering the same guarantees like you did before when we purchase your jewelry. I assume that when the company starts making money, you feel that you do not have to anything to keep your established customers. It is very dissapointing...

There was only two sales people working at the store. You had to sign in to be waited on. The wait time was way too long.
