The sales associate was extremely rude. I recently lost my pandora bracelet that I had for years and I was so excited to be starting another one. She didn’t help me try on the bracelet, didn’t make suggestions, was extremely dry, short and rude when I would change my mind. It really made my experience horrible! I’m very disappointed!!

The associate refused to sale to me and said that she would cancel my online order. Really bad customer service. She also ignored me while I was talking. This was at the coconut point in fort Myers fl
