Great selection and both of the female associates were helpful and patient. The gentleman made sure that my jewelry was cleaned earlier so that I could try new charms on my jewelry before the sale ended. I was completely satisfied!

Alexa was very attentive and knowledgeable. I told her what I was looking for and she immediately pulled out selections in my price range. She was quick yet very detailed in the packaging and through the payment process.

We visited the store while in Naple. Being a long time Pandora customer, I wanted to buy some charms expressing Naples. They didn’t have any in at the time but offered to call me when they came in and ship them. They came in they contacted me I purchased them and they’re going to ship them. Great customer service I mean great customer service!!!
