I went to this store (I bought the merchandise there original) my bracelet broke. Jade, the sales gentleman, was so helpful and friendly. You don't get that so much these days. He selected another bracelet, put all my charms back on and told to have it cleaned every 2 months. I was so pleased with this experience. I will always return to this store again. I have been shopping there before.Thank you for making this a pleasant experience.

One of my Starwars pendants broke randomly. They have replaced it for me which was super nice and unexpected. The service every time I go there is on point. Thank you again for taking the time every visit to help me out! Appreciate it.

excellent friendly service with knoweligable people

The gentleman that helped me in the store has helped me before. He is very knowledgeable and professional and very very helpful. I had an issue with my bracelet and I told him I was unsatisfied with it and really was not able to wear it he exchanged my bracelet due to the fact that it was the wrong size nobody has ever told me that my bracelet was the wrong size except for your salesman.

Justin at the store was very helpful. I had come into the store in early April and he told me about the big Mother's Day promo. Spend $150 and get a nice Mother's Day bracelet free. I had not heard of the promotion, and hadn't planned to spend $150, but Justin did an excellent job showing me so so so many different charms and I picked 3. He was very helpful, patient and knowledgeable. I would not have known what to buy without his help. I have been to the store multiple times over the last year and always find the store beautiful and full of so many different options for jewelry. He even said, "hope to see you soon" when I left with my purchases. He makes the customer feel special with his personal service. It was a great experience and I highly recommend anyone going there for any special occasion or "just because"

Very friendly

We took my daughter for her 8th birthday to pick out her first charm bracelet. The associate was very friendly and helpful. She made my daughter feel like a princess. Although the bracelet I wanted was out of stock she helped her find the perfect one!
