Pandora Jewelry

For my birthday, my family purchased me a Pandora charm bracelet with some charms. They all said the staff who helped them, Jesse and Annie were great. However, my bracelet was too big and a couple of the charms I wanted to exchange for different ones. I took the bracelet and charms in the next day and I met Jesse. He was very nice and helped me exchange the bracelet for a size that fit me and helped me exchange some of the charms as well. Everything just went very smoothly and now I have a beautiful birthday gift and memory. Myself and my family all appreciate the help and patience the Pandora store in Naples gave them.

I’m on vacation and wanted a charm for my bracelete that was unique to Naples. I was immediately greeted and asked for what I was looking for. The associate immediately pulled out a box and showed me one specific to naples and one specific to florida and showed me the meaning and I bought it immediately!

Gigi was attentive and quick to greet me as soon as I entered the store, even though she was ringing up another customer..I had brought in one of my favorite slider bracelets that had broke and she was able to pull up my receipt and exchange it for the exact same one!! I was so happy and appreciative🙏❤ She definitely went above and beyond for me🥰👍

It was my first time at Pandora store in the Mercato. The girls had really knowledgeable about the brand it self. Cynthia was able to answer all my questions and help me figure out my gifts for my friends and myself. Very sweet and patient employee. Definitely coming back for her assistants.
