I really like how Karen treated me she had lots of knowledge of the products that pandora sales. She is a friendly person and has excellent customer service I would recommend my friends and my family to visit this store. I like how they have everything displayed and it’s a very clean store as well.

Sarah, my sales associate did an amazing job in creating an experience that I feel as if I can come back to again and again. Not only did she guide me to purchasing what I needed, she also took into consideration how I felt and the price point that I had set for myself. I knew that this would be my first purchase I make that would foster a relationship with a long time friend I have had since high school. Sarah's well thought out guidance in picking the right bracelet and charm helped me gain the confidence I needed to ask out my friend now girlfriend! Sarah also didn't stop there. She gave me pointers on what to say and everything went off perfectly! Thank you Sarah! I will be back for sure for more purchases in the future.

Walked in to the store with my other half and was very pleased with the exceptional customer service. There was one associate and a manager assisting us and got everything we needed also recommended some tips on how to stack rings. I give reno Pandora a 10 for exceptional customer service.

Excellent Service from sales associates!

I knew exactly what I was coming in for but it did take awhile to find, even with an associates help. I love my ring, it’s beautiful and sparkles, however, I’ve only had it for a few days and it’s starting to discolor. I have pandora rings and I forgot how sensitive they are so I am going to exchange it for a new one and take very good care of it.
