I went in to buy a chain. I was in hopes I could actually SEE and FEEL the different chain types. Unfortunately I was shown the catalog (which I could see at home) and had to select form there. The salesperson was unsure which one was which. It was a guessing game until she brought one out.

was a quick visit, i already knew what to get, the representative she showed me how to use my safety chain instead of exchange.

They were somewhat frazzled and trying to figure things out.

I was Highly Satisfied with my visit to Pandora, and always have been.

I wasn’t satisfied with pandora due to the fact that I was looking for rings, I like to look at the rings in person and I was told I couldn’t walk around and had to be forced to look at a book instead.

Merchandise was very limited. counter girl was nice but no effort in going beyond. Wanted to see more, but not available.
