Because of COVID I couldn’t walk around the store and browse. This was the first time I’ve ever seen Pandora products in real life so I still don’t really know what you have, the quality of the pieces, or the variety. I was also disappointed in how few different muranos were on offer - 6 or 7 maybe and no flower themed ones.

The manager on duty was a bit rude. When looking at the display windows she said “don’t touch the windows”. Which is understandable it’s not what she said but how she said pretty much yelling at us. When we responded with “we didn’t” she replied back with an attitude saying “yes you did! I saw you” super rude.

Store was small and “ messy.” Quick service. I was buying a gift and knew what I wanted. Salesperson kept trying to Up sell. I felt like when I didn’t buy the more expensive item, I was rushed out with the $140.00 items I did buy. Not a silver lover myself.

Because I didn’t have an email associated with my account all my transactions were wiped out apparently. I think that is ridiculous!! I have purchased bracelets, necklaces, charms , rings etc. and spent 1,000’s of dollars and now there is no record of it. Highly disappointed!!!

I was there to purchase a bangle bracelet, they were not out on display, the sales girl had to get them out. The first one had a heart clasp which I did not like , I had to ask if there were any others I could look at. She then brought out two other choices.

I told the sales associate not to put the two charms I bought on my bracelet, I wanted to do it myself later. He still put them on on. I had to asked for a bag, but was just handed a cardboard box. For me, part of the Pandora experience is to walk out with a bag. Other than that, my experience was good.
