I was thoroughly satisfied with the customer service that I received however, the store was crowded with more employees than customers and it was a bit overwhelming.

The sales associates that helped me on 09/17 were excellent!! VERY NICE!! They were so patient on what I wanted and were so supportive on my choices, they made me laugh and they were honestly great people! But I did go in one time and when I was looking at some product there was an employee I believe her name was Nina, she called me chubby on my arms which kinda made me feel uncomfortable and it felt like she kind of only cared about my sale, she was kind of nice but that one comment she made just didn't sit right.

This visit was a much different experience than I have had in the past. I am assuming the sales associate was new/inexperienced, she didn’t engage with me as a customer. When I completed the transaction I left without her telling me her name (I asked as I was walking out), it appeared she was not familiar with the 10% off from a previous purchase and she did not tell me about completing the survey for this transaction; I love Pandora charms and will continue to purchase. Juanita needs more training/coaching.

My friend and I are 2 older nurses both fully vaccinated , tape across entrance of store and we were told when admitted we had to stand at front counter and not move around store. Trays were not allowed to be shown to us ..we both probably would have spent more if we could have looked at more of a selection

We are regular customers to Jozie, but recently found out she does not work there anymore. I was disappointed with the salesperson Nina. She was very very pushy and I had to say no multiple times. She was also very touchy and I did not appreciate that. As regular customers who spend $100+ every visit, we should have gotten the care kit free. We were never told about it before, and plus one of the pieces was the last of it's kind. We should have gotten an extra discount since it was the last one EVER. Overall, very disappointed and most likely stick to ordering online.
