Bad Service employees not friendly.

After multiple voicemails inviting me to come buy Star Wars charms on 11/12, the store wasn’t open on time. Additionally, the Pandora website wasn’t ready to handle the web traffic, so I had to wait an hour to give you $200 I had already decided to spend. I get the manpower issues, but when you encourage existing customers to come spend money on special items on a specific date and claim it will be limited time, that’s the date you should be ready to take our money.

I did not find the sales associate,Madison very helpful. She was hesitant to show us charms for bracelet stating there was no space to lay out trays. Showed us limited selection asked us to look at booklet. I can look at booklet at home I came to physical location to see charms in person. Not happy with her inability to meet my needs as a customer. I have had other great experiences with different sales associates.

The store was very short staffed on a busy Saturday. The associate refused to let me look at the in store displays blaming it on Covid. Very long line to get in.

Customers were not allowed to leave the counter during the transaction; the associate is to bring the merchandise to you instead (understandable). However, the associate was only showing me the more expensive items when I clearly kept telling her that I want the plain (no gems) ones. Also, because I didn’t know what items they have (hard to know when you can’t walk around), I kept having to ask what kind of designs are available. She seemed quite upset and it made me uncomfortable to ask further so I made my purchase and left unsatisfied because I felt that I didn’t get to see my options.

I bought 2 items online for 25$ off for every 100$ but i returned the earrings because it's defective. I went to the store to replaced it with a charm, and instead of replacing i ended buying it and charge me the difference of 8$ from the price of the item i returned. I lost the 25$ discount and ended to 10$ discount on the other item i did not return. I felt bad for that.

I requested to have my bracelets cleaned while I purchased new charms to add to the bracelet. There was no record of the number of charms recorded, I was told that my bracelets were being scrubbed in the bathroom with a toothbrush. The charm that was listed as in stock at the store on the website was not there. I repeatedly asked for my bracelets to be returned and not scrubbed in the bathroom sink. The person took her time and I am now missing two charms. There were no dust bags after purchasing charms. When I commented that it was odd they didn’t have any, the young lady responded “welcome to Reno” I’ve visited stores across the country as I build my travel bracelet and this was the worst service ever.

Kelly M. was super helpful and very patient with me. She helped me look around and gave me advice. She informed me of new products and how to stack rings. Sarah also helped me when I exchanged the ring as a matching one with my sister the next day. I adore kelly and her help. I will be asking her for help.

At first i thought I found some good charms on the last act I went in their to buy one for my mom specifically for Mother’s Day, I ended up finding one for myself with a hot air balllon, the associate when I asked her how much she looked it up on her tablet and told me it was 25$ I said wow I’ll take it! And she rung me up when I got home I noticed I paid 42$ not what she had originally told me when I called the store inside the Meadowood mall the associate Madison told me that her manager said I could return it within 7 days but not get my money adjusted for the wrong prize I paid compared to what she told me it was in store, if I would have known it was more I wouldn’t have agreed to paying that amount for that specific charm. She told me their was nothing much they could really do! I don’t think that’s right to not get my money adjusted for the prize she told me in store which was 25$ she tried to change up the story and said she told me it was 25$ off of the discounted prize which was not true that’s not what she said to me in store!
