I asked Anjelina for help for assistance, I needed a heart-shaped charm, she only gave me one option, until I told her that if I had any other option, she showed me the others. Once I paid they gave me a tiny box, I asked if they could give me a Pandora bag (as they have always given me before) and they told me that they were not going to do that because they are saving paper. bad experience and she did not help at all

Very rude manager, so disrespectful. The worker Angelina in the reno, nv meadowwood mall didn’t know anything about rings or birthstones. Such a bad experience.

I was in the store for a total of 5 minutes. I barely got to look at catalog to chose charms before the ones I looked at, that I didn’t want nor tell her I wanted, were bagged up. She continued to tell me there was a line and I needed to hurry because there was people. My time is just as valuable as everyone else’s time, I waited in line to purchase my things just like everyone else. I was in the store for a total of 7 minutes before being pushed out and asked to complete my purchase.

Venessa in the Reno NV Meadowood Mall store would not allow my daughter to return or resize her ring that her boyfriend just bought for her one hour prior and gave her 15 minutes prior to her trying to return it. She was very rude to both of them and when I called her she was rude to me and said that is because she had it on her finger. How is someone able to see if it fits if they don't put it on their finger and both my wife and daughter have a lot of charms from Pandora and they will not be buying from you anymore?
