I was highly satisfied with my visit to pandora because i ordered the wrong size brackets and they were able to exchange for me. They were also very kind and helpful.

All associates are super knowledgeable in the product. Everyone is also very friendly and sweet!

I was extremely satisfied because Isabel was very friendly and had great taste. She was able to help me find EXACTLY what I was looking for and had great attitude even though I was very indecisive. Isabel was a great sales representative highly recommend her.

Alanna help me today when I went into the store to get a present for my mom for Christmas not only was she been very amazing and kind but she was also helping another sales associate named Guadalupe that was so very kind as well. They are both really amazing girls. Thank you for an amazing experience. :)

Today I went into the store I was helped by a young lady’s name Gia A and Alanna they were super nice the story was really clean and they made me feel really welcomed and help me find presents for my family members. Hope to come into the store again.

I was looking for a gift for two family members plus use a “Mall of America” Pandora gift certificate. All three sales associates worked on it and explained very nicely why I wasn’t able to use it in the Reno store. The associates wrapped up the individual charms nicely. I always feel special while shopping in this specific store. I have 15 bracelets so I have been in quite a few stores over the years!
