Maybe it's my 4th or 5th visit to the Store, first time I met Mariana on this visit, I was very happy and satisfied with her service. Same as Sara, She was bery knowledgeable on the item that I wanted. She was very nice.

The charms are having a special and unique design, there is always something new in a very creative way. I love the quality and the differences with other products in the market. I am very happy every time I received a compliment from Jewelry. People identify Pandora right way. !!

The employee that helped me out, Lina, was extremely helpful and kind. Due to my experience with her, it is very likely that I'll come back to the store at Meadowood Mall in Reno, NV again. I hope to see her soon! :)

The availability of items that I had been wanting to get for my wife was a big bonus. The sales associate was new, still learning, but was very knowledgeable and friendly. She did not hesitate to ask for help from a seasoned sales associate when she was stumped. Overall, a very pleasant shopping experience.

I have never purchased anything from pandora but the sales associate was extremely sweet and helpful. She was also very patient as it was my first time and I didn’t know what exactly I was wanting!
