Love the merchandise, it was an excellent service

This was my first time in this Pandora. In the beginning, it was nice enough I walked around and made my decisions and I just stood there for a while waiting on someone to help me. I was going to walk out but Claudia saw me I'm not sure if she checked the name list or not but she caught me as soon as I was going to leave. I know all Pandoras get busy so I don't take it personally. When Claudia started I felt like I was in one of the stores that I normally go to and everyone knows me. She was awesome and had good recommendations. She knew exactly what sales I wanted to take advantage of and she kept up with the math and numbers so I didn't have to she also showed me a few things that I didn't know that I wanted. I come to Reno every 3 months to go to the spa and now I will come back to this store to see Claudia to make my purchases. She is awesome and the store is lucky to have her because I know that I'm not an easy customer and I don't give compliments lightly. Awesome work. I'll look for you on the next trip to purchase.
