When we walked in the sales person greeted us kindly, and asked if she could help us. She was able to get the item we were looking for and we completed our purchase. The product was in the store. Very good.

The manager Sarah helped my grandpa purchase me a ring for my birthday. The website did not work when he tried to order he didn't want to have to walk to far in the mall to get the ring since he would have a hart time walking far. The manager was able to come up with a way to help him out so he could get the ring and suprise me even though the website not working. Thank you Sarah!

Love the product. Will be able to purchase more items in the future. I think my granddaughters will love the charms and keep them as a wonderful memory.
