Eva was great help during my visit. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she was quick and efficient with my order. I wish there was the charm I originally wanted in stock though.

I went without an idea of what I wanted but Claudia really help me find something cute. she was really friendly and patient and even help me organized my charms on the bracelet.

Eva was super friendly, knowledgeable, and very personable. Her and Yuliana related to me with our love of Disney. I originally came in to buy myself the Infinity ring from the Marvel collection as a give to myself for getting through the hardest week of my life. I ended up finding a Minnie Mouse ring as well and left with both. I did ask to try a few different sizes and Eva helped with a great attitude. It was a very pleasant first experience in a Pandora store.
